Aninver Development Partners and Construction Management Associates (CMA) have signed a strategic agreement to jointly deliver high-quality PPP and infrastructure advisory services across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the broader MENA region.
Aninver Development Partners is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Construction Management Associates (CMA), a leading Jordanian consulting and construction management firm, to jointly pursue Public-Private Partnership (PPP) advisory assignments across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the broader Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Under the agreement, Aninver and CMA will collaborate to offer technical, financial, commercial, and regulatory advisory services to developers, investors, and lenders engaged in infrastructure and social sector PPP projects. The partnership builds on Aninver’s extensive experience in PPPs, infrastructure consulting, and development advisory across more than 66 countries worldwide, and CMA’s robust track record in project management, construction supervision, and contract administration across major projects in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
