Drafting of Administrative Clauses and Specific Technical Specifications for a new parking concession in the Niño Jesús Hospital in Madrid (Spain).
Services provided
- Compiled all the existing information (viability study, economic-financial model, preliminary draft, previous bidding documents...) and reviewed and analyzed it.
- Attended meetings with the client during the three weeks of work.
- Prepared drafts of the specifications, understanding that there were base sheets of the Ministry of Health adapted to the new LCSP of 2017, which could be split, in addition to those that the consultant could locate.
- Delivered the drafts to the client, collected their feedback, and modified accordingly.
