Description of project

The project is part of the World Bank-funded Caribbean Digital Transformation Project (CARDTP) aimed at enabling SMEs in Grenada to adopt digital technologies. Aninver Development Partners was engaged to design and deliver a hybrid (online and in-person) managerial training program for 125 SMEs across non-ICT sectors, including at least 30% female participants. The training promotes digital transformation by enhancing capacity in data literacy, digital operations, customer engagement, AI tools, and cybersecurity. The intervention supports the Government’s effort to foster productivity and innovation in the private sector.

Services provided
  • Program Design & Development: Developed 4 comprehensive digital training modules covering cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and cybersecurity.
  • Training Delivery: Executed 3–4 training cohorts, delivering sessions using both digital and in-person formats with interactive content and mentoring.
  • Participant Support: Provided ongoing support, addressed participant issues, and ensured completion rates.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Collected and analyzed feedback to assess effectiveness, prepared quarterly progress reports and a final impact report.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Worked in close collaboration with the CARDTP PIU and the Ministry of ICT to ensure alignment with policy goals.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Conducted a workshop to share lessons learned and recommendations on business coaching as a tool for digital upskilling.
