Development and Delivery of Managerial Training to SMEs
Description of project
The project is part of the World Bank-funded Caribbean Digital Transformation Project (CARDTP) aimed at enabling SMEs in Grenada to adopt digital technologies. Aninver Development Partners was engaged to design and deliver a hybrid (online and in-person) managerial training program for 125 SMEs across non-ICT sectors, including at least 30% female participants. The training promotes digital transformation by enhancing capacity in data literacy, digital operations, customer engagement, AI tools, and cybersecurity.
