Aninver Development Partners has successfully concluded its advisory support to the Organismo Técnico de la Administración de los Servicios de Saneamiento (OTASS). The engagement culminated in a final validation workshop for the Strategic Plan for Digital Government and Transformation (PEGTD) 2026–2030, held in Lima.
Validating the Digital Roadmap
The workshop gathered key OTASS teams to review and validate the core components of the strategy. Through interactive group sessions, participants assessed the relevance and feasibility of the proposed project portfolio, digital roadmap, and strategic priorities.
This collaborative feedback was essential to ensure full alignment with institutional needs. The session marked a critical milestone, consolidating the transition from an initial digital maturity assessment into a structured, actionable strategy.

The newly validated PEGTD establishes a comprehensive framework to guide OTASS’s digital evolution over the coming years. The plan is designed to optimize internal processes, enhance technical assistance to sanitation service providers, and boost overall institutional performance.
