Description of project

Aninver supported OTASS (Technical Agency for the Administration of Sanitation Services) in designing its Digital Government and Transformation Strategic Plan, ensuring full alignment with Peru’s National Digital Transformation Policy.
The project involved the development of methodological guides on key areas such as digital security, trust, and cybersecurity, as well as on technical assistance processes for water and sanitation utilities (EPS). Additionally, the team designed a comprehensive information system to manage and monitor the technical assistance provided by OTASS, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.

Services provided
  • Stakeholder engagement: Organized multiple workshops and focus groups, including a national workshop that brought together more than 90 participants from OTASS and EPS.
  • Strategic planning: Developed the strategic vision, digital roadmap, and capacity-building plan to guide OTASS’s digital transformation.
  • Methodological tools: Prepared guides on cybersecurity and technical assistance management to strengthen institutional processes and promote digital trust.
  • System architecture design: Designed the digital system architecture to manage and monitor technical assistance provided to EPS.

This initiative reinforces OTASS’s leadership in supporting water and sanitation utilities nationwide and contributes to the modernization of service delivery across Peru.
