Services provided
- Work-framing on TRACE results to adapt the TRACE indicators to the Tunisian context and develop an effective and efficient measurement methodology for each of the indicators.
- Baseline situation to define and analyze the socio-economic governorates and beneficiaries' situations within the agricultural and agri-food sector (Qualitative and quantitative manners).
- Mid-term evaluation to define and evaluate the first results of TRACE, with possible adjustments and difficulties encountered.
- Final evaluation to measure and confirm the impact of TRACE program.
The baseline study involved the collection of qualitative and quantitative data from beneficiaries who have been selected to take part in the TRACE program. To obtain data from the beneficiaries, a questionnaire was designed to collect specific indicator-related information. The questionnaire was updated and refined to address the interests of the different types of beneficiaries (for example, individual entrepreneur or SME or POs). The data collection process for the baseline study will continue as further beneficiaries are selected by the operators over the course of 2022 and 2024.
