- Assessment of RHOL's market positioning, benchmarking against international contractors, and review of competitive dynamics in relevant Central Asian markets.
- Evaluation of working capital, liquidity, cash conversion, revenue recognition practices, contract allocation, claims management, and related-party transactions.
- Detailed review of representative contracts, with clear identification of risk allocation, commercial red flags, and actionable recommendations for IFC.
