This project supports the Ethiopian IT Park in formulating a comprehensive strategic plan to guide its evolution into a regional hub for ICT-driven innovation and investment. The project aligns with Ethiopia's digital transformation roadmap, aiming to enhance competitiveness, attract global technology players, and strengthen the ecosystem for startups and digital services.
The scope includes evaluating existing infrastructure, identifying gaps, analyzing international benchmarks, and delivering a forward-looking strategy that supports sustainable growth, job creation, and increased foreign investment.
Services provided
Aninver’s team will deliver a holistic strategic planning process for the Ethiopian IT Park, including:
- Situation analysis of the current ICT infrastructure, capabilities, and policy environment.
- Stakeholder consultations with government, academia, private sector, and investors.
- Benchmarking of global ICT parks and innovation zones.
- Design of a strategic framework, including vision, mission, objectives, and strategic priorities.
