Barcelo Hotels & Resorts, the fourth largest hotel operator in Spain and Top30 in the world hired Aninver to help them in its international expansion process with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. During these months Aninver detected potential partners and sites for Barcelo to develop and/or operate new hotels in the main cities of Central Europe. This has been a very targeted strategic assignment, where the client trusted us for a key business process. Our firm worked shoulder by shoulder with the executives of the client to push forward this expansion process, adding more opportunities to the pipeline, analyzing them, negotiating them and helping them to send final proposals.
