The project aims to support the Government of Jamaica in the implementation of a modern and efficient Fixed Asset and Inventory Management System (FAIMS). The system is intended to improve the government’s capacity to monitor, manage, and report on public assets across ministries and agencies.

This technical assistance forms part of a broader digital transformation effort, ensuring asset transparency, traceability, and operational efficiency in line with international good practices. The project included the review of current systems, gap assessment, system requirements specification, and change management support for successful implementation.
